We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative. As a leader in the pigment and additive industry, we are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and experience in the field, along with a strong network within the B2B industry throughout Indonesia.

Location: Jakarta, Surabaya,Sumatera

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the B2B sector, focusing on industries that utilize pigments and additives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, addressing their specific needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits and applications of our pigments and additives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Bachelor's degree in all related field are welcome.
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably in the pigment and additive industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of pigments, additives, and their applications across various industries.
  • Strong network and relationships within the B2B sector.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
