Tipikal Aroma/ Typical aroma : The distinctive character of Temanggung coffee is a thick body and low acidity. The taste is predominantly chocolate and earthy and has a low acidity. While the after taste that comes from the coffee is a smooth, soft dark chocolate taste, floral and fruity flavors. The coffee taste sensation is strong, penetrating the tongue. There is also a sense of bitterness. Bitterness appears on the tip of the tongue shortly after being swallowed. The appearance of the coffee is dark black.
